Terms of Service
GoBizSchool (gobizschool.com) is operated by Yash Jindal, a sole proprietor in India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GoBizSchool.
1. What GoBizSchool does
GoBizSchool lists business-school application timelines and deadlines, and lets you schedule reminders by email and WhatsApp. Exploring schools and deadlines is free. Reminders are part of paid plans and the free trial.
2. Deadline information
We collect dates from schools' official pages and link the source on every timeline. Schools can change dates without notice, and we can make mistakes. Always confirm a date on the school's official site before you rely on it. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any school listed.
3. Your account
- You sign in with Google or a one-time email code. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for activity on it.
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Give accurate details, including a WhatsApp number you own and agree to receive reminders on.
4. Plans, trials and billing
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, monthly or yearly as shown on the plan. They renew automatically until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a number of WhatsApp and email reminders. Allowances reset every 30 days and unused reminders do not carry over.
- The free trial gives 3 days of Basic, once per person. We may refuse trials that look like repeat sign-ups.
- You can change plans at any time. The new plan starts the day after your current paid period ends, and you approve its amount in Razorpay Checkout. Nothing is charged until that date.
- If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it. Reminders may pause until the payment succeeds.
- We may change prices or plan allowances. Changes apply from your next renewal after we tell you, never to a period you have already paid for.
- Coupons and referral rewards have no cash value and can be withdrawn if misused.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Account → Plans & pricing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are not refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Reminders
We send reminders at the time you choose, through email providers and WhatsApp. Delivery depends on those services, your phone and your inbox, so we cannot guarantee that every reminder arrives on time. Do not rely on GoBizSchool as your only record of a deadline.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse GoBizSchool: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or overload the service, no sending reminders to people who have not agreed to them, and no unlawful, abusive or misleading content in reminders.
8. Our content
The site design, text and compiled data belong to us. You may use them for your own applications. Do not republish the deadline database or substantial parts of it without permission.
9. Liability
GoBizSchool is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed deadlines, application outcomes, or indirect losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes will be emailed to members. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
